These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pestwatchdog.com (the "Site"), operated by the entity identified in the Site footer ("PestWatchDog," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

PestWatchDog publishes reviews, ratings, comparisons, cost data, and guides about pest control companies and products. We are a publisher, not a pest control company: we do not perform pest control services, sell pest control products, or broker contracts between you and any provider.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site and use its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: (a) republish, scrape, or systematically extract Site content (including scores, tables, and data sets) without written permission; (b) use the Site content to train commercial machine-learning models without written permission; (c) frame or mirror the Site; (d) misrepresent PestWatchDog scores or quote them out of context in marketing materials; or (e) interfere with the Site's operation or security. Brief quotation with attribution and a link is welcome.

• Pest treatment information is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed pest control professional, the product label, or applicable law. Pesticide labels are legally binding instructions: always read and follow the label, and comply with your state's regulations. Some infestations (including termites, bed bugs, and wildlife) carry structural, health, or legal implications that require licensed professionals.
• Pricing and ratings information reflects data collected as of the date stamped on each page. Prices, fees, contract terms, guarantees, availability, and third-party ratings change constantly and vary by location, home, and provider. Verify all terms directly with the provider before purchasing. A PestWatchDog score is an editorial opinion based on the evidence described in our methodology, not a guarantee of your experience.

Your dealings with any pest control provider — including contracts, payments, service quality, and disputes — are solely between you and that provider.

The Site and its content — text, scores, data compilations, graphics, logos, and the PestWatchDog name — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Third-party trademarks (including pest control brand names) appear for identification and review purposes only; their use does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those brands.

If you send us tips, corrections, quotes, or other material (including by email), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish it in connection with the Site. Don't send us anything confidential or anything you don't have the right to share. We may anonymize published submissions.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
